Fishing At Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park
Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park lies on the coast; however, fishing is difficult due to the park’s marine reserve. There are no stocked fishing ponds or other fishing facilities in the park. Anglers, however, can find good fishing in the coastal areas that are close by. Beyond the park, along the Big Sur coast, fishermen can cast their lines in search of rockfish, surfperch, and even the occasional salmon.
