Woolly Hollow State Park is a tranquil refuge located in the Ozark Mountains’ foothills. Lake Bennett spans 40 acres and is one of the park’s most picturesque features. Visitors can enjoy all three activities at the beach, specifically designed for swimming, floating, and fishing. Anglers are responsible for bringing all their fishing gear, and a ramp is provided for boat launching.
Canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, fishing boats, and engines can all be rented at this park. The facilities feature a snack bar, a bathhouse with hot showers, a picnic area, a pavilion, a gift shop, and a hiking trail. The Woolly Cabin, a historic log house depicting the area’s early settlers, is open to visitors.
